Am looking for commercial brokers that have off market multi Family Properties for sale. Nothing older than 1980, no chillers systems, cast iron or galvanized pipes, no aluminum wiring and no glat roofs. Atleast 20 units and above. Will need to see most current T-12 Financials, Rent Roles and OM ( Offering Memorandum. Thanks
