The Boy Scout troops in the Walla Walla valley had to delay their Christmas tree pickup twice due to poor weather, but they will be our to pick up your trees this weekend. Consider making a small donation to them for their efforts when they come by your house.

The boys and girls of Scout troops 305 and 336 will delay their Christmas tree pickup service until the weekend of Saturday, Jan. 27, because of inclement weather.

🎄Nominate a family in need in the Walla Walla area for a complimentary Christmas meal from POP Charcuterie, Posh Picnics, and Baking!🎄

This season we understand many may be struggling a bit with higher food costs that in year's past, and in recognition of the support we have received this year, we would like to take the burden off the shoulders of four local families.

We will be setting them up with the following:

- A custom charcuterie board
- A holiday ham
- Potatoes with cream, butter, and herbs to use as they see fit
- Stuffing mix
- Carrots, honey, and sea salt to roast
- Green beans with items to make a casserole should they desire
- Dinner rolls
- Sparkling apple cider
- A bundt cake of their choice

To anonymously nominate a family in need, please send us a private message with their contact information (phone or email). We will randomly select four families this Friday, December 22nd. Meals will be delivered anonymously at a set time with the families drawn. Thank you for your help in making the holidays a bit brighter for some people in the Walla Walla area.
