What started as hosting an exchange student quickly turned into gaining another daughter. You came into our home from another country, but it never felt like you were just a guest - you became family. Watching you grow, laugh, experience life with us, and create memories with our family has been such a gift.

How is it possible for time to move this fast? One minute she was little enough to hold my hand everywhere we went, and now she’s graduating 8th grade, earning distinguished honors, attending dances, and turning into this beautiful, intelligent young woman right before my eyes.

I could not be more proud of Alexis, not just for her accomplishments, awards, and hard work, but for the person she is. Kindhearted, determined, thoughtful, resilient, and such a joy to be around. Watching her grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

This season is bittersweet because I can see how quickly she’s growing up, but I’m also incredibly excited for all the amazing things ahead of her. She shines in everything she does, and I know this is only the beginning.

Love you endlessly, sweet girl. Keep being exactly who you are. 💕✨

Feeling especially grateful today. 🤍

Yesterday I had to step away from work for dental procedures, and my trainee Megan completely surprised me with the sweetest care package. Flowers, tea, ginger candies, a candle, cozy blanket - every detail was thoughtful and appreciated more than she knows.

Watching her graduate training and absolutely thrive in home sales has already made me proud, but seeing her heart and kindness means even more. It’s such a blessing to work alongside people who genuinely care about others.
