Our Story
I have been a resident of Wallingford since 1996; and hold an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering degree. My wife, Deb and I are long time members of the Wallingford Country Club, where I’ve served for 9 years on the Board of Governors, also serving as President in 2014 & 2015. Besides enjoying the game of golf, Deb and I also enjoy working with young adults, teaching Confirmation classes at St. Thomas Becket Church in Cheshire. Prior to real estate, I was Director of Project Management for SNET/SBC/AT&T, responsible for sales support within Connecticut's business market. A top performer since 2005, I have received Quarterly Achievement Awards from the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors by successfully closing 9 properties in one quarter. I have also been awarded CT Magazine's 5 Star Award from 2011 - 2016, and again a candidate for 2018. I believe in giving back to the communities I serve. I participate in Pearce's annual Day of Caring, I’m active with my local Parish, and I support the United Way and the American Red Cross. I am trained as a relocation specialist for clients moving in and out of Connecticut, and a “senior specialist”, counseling seniors on the decision of whether or not to sell their family home. My specialty is First Time Home Buyers. The Masotta Team was formed in 2008 and has over 30 years’ experience combined, integrity being our guide.
