Happy New Year! The spring buying season is quickly approaching and if you've been thinking about buying a property, it is very important to make sure you're pre-approved with a mortgage lender, unless you'll be all cash. It can be difference between your offer being accepted or not!

This may come as a surprise to some of you, but our current interest rates (7.34% for a 30 yr fixed according to Mortgage News Daily) are still below the historical average! Great article explaining the rates through the years and buying a home is a long game and mortgage rates are short term.
