It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update here – I’ve been busy and a lot has changed!

After many rewarding years in real estate, I’ve shifted my focus to a new path — one that still lets me serve the same amazing community in a different way.

I’ve launched Professional Balance Bookkeeping LLC, a virtual bookkeeping business that supports nonprofits, real estate professionals and investors, and small business owners.

My mission is simple: to bring balance, clarity, and peace of mind to your business finances.

I’m still a licensed Realtor® (now referral-only), so if you ever need a trusted real estate connection, I’ve got you covered. But my day-to-day work now revolves around helping business owners get organized, understand their numbers, and grow with confidence.

To help, I’ve rounded up some eco-friendly ways to minimize mosquitos in your yard so you can maximize your time outside.

🪴Turn over and clean pots, birdbaths, trash bins, and other items that may collect water.
🍃Keep your yard clear of leaves, tall grass, and fallen branches.
🌧️Add drainage in areas where water tends to collect or plant native grasses that soak up rain.
🌼Add mosquito-repelling plants like citronella, bee balm, lavender, marigolds, and eucalyptus.

How much do you know about your homeowner’s insurance policy? 🏡

Insurance can be confusing and overwhelming—but taking the time to ensure you have the coverage you need can save a lot of heartache.

One of the most important factors to understand is how you will be reimbursed for a covered loss. There are two primary coverage options:

💰Replacement Cost - Reimburses you for the current cost of rebuilding, repairing, or replacing your damaged property

💰Actual Cash Value - Reimburses you for the replacement cost minus depreciation, which means the reimbursement amount will be reduced to account for the property’s age and typical wear and tear

While a policy with Replacement Cost coverage is typically more expensive, it offers a higher level of protection against loss.
