๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅSold! Sold!! Sold!!!. ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅCongratulations ๐๐๐๐พ to my dear Buyers and friends Sujina Shrestha and Sanjip Maharjan on purchasing this Brand new 2022 built home ๐กin the City of San Pablo.
This brand new 2022 built 2 story, 3 bed 2.5 bath, 1733 sq ft home ๐ that sit on a heart of San Pablo. Every home tells a story and how exciting is it for my buyers to create their own story on this home since nobody has stayed in this home but them. Let's talk about the transaction itself. New home doesn't mean it is flawless. There were fixes that need to be done and we got the seller to fix a lot of things that were not done properly on the property. Furthermore, we also did our due diligence and were able to make seller pay for the brand-new solar system. This home was not equipped with solar before we got into contract. The way I drafted the purchase agreement, and my negotiation skill forced the seller to agree on a free solar to my buyers. I am very pleased how this transaction has turned out. Thanks to Sujan Parajuli for making the loan process as smooth as butter.
Nothing makes me happy ๐ and satisfied than smile on my happy client's face. My goal is to educate my clients with all the resources I have in regard to the home they are buying or selling. There are a lot of due diligence that needs to be done before buying and selling your investment and you can achieve that with an Honest, proactive, hardworking and a phenomenal negotiator in the real estate business. You have got to interview at least 3 agents before hiring your realtor. Don't hire one just because you read the Facebook post, or you know them. Understand what they have to offer you first. And just because of this reason, I would highly urge you to interview me. I assure you that you would not want to work with anyone else after that.
