Sometimes, the place you are meant to be is the very first one you see.
When I first met Ruth and Jonathan—connected through my dear friend Donald and his wonderful family—this beautiful house was the very first door we opened together. At first, it felt a little too far from the hustle and bustle of their daily commute to SF. So, we explore every other avenue—condos, fixers, you name it. We searched for that “perfect” fit, only to realize that their hearts kept drawing them right back here. This was, without a doubt, the best option for their family to thrive.
There is nothing quite like the magic of watching someone make the leap into homeownership, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for Ruth and Jonathan as they start this brand-new chapter. Penny previously lived in this exact building for 14 years before buying his first property back in August 2025.
