Accompanying my home buyers during their home inspection!
Ive been accompanying my clients since day 1 of being in the business! I’ve never missed an inspection in almost 22 years of being a real estate advisor. Im always there to answer questions regarding any request for repair negotiations.
Being at the home inspection gives me a better understanding of what voids are found so that when it comes to explaining to the listing agent what the findings are, i can better articulate what needs to be done to address the problem.
