I just pulled the Q2 numbers for Walnut Creek and compared them side by side to Q2 2025 and here’s what actually jumped out at me:
📊 Median list price: $1,650,000. Same as last year.
📦 Inventory: Nearly identical.
⚖️ Market behavior: Balanced. Steady. Healthy.
The only variance? Sold prices shifted slightly but everything else? Carbon copy of a year ago.
While headlines are screaming doom and gloom, Walnut Creek is sitting here completely unbothered. This isn’t a market in crisis. This is a market that knows what it’s worth.
