The last owners were just as amazing as the current ones - and when we were interviewing we were chosen over others because the seller thought we would 'get the best results.'
He cared about getting a good price for his family. He was confident we were the best choice for that and he was right.
When we closed for much more than anyone imagined (even me) - we were excited... but also more excited when the buyers decided to interview agents and go with us for their remodel.
So here we are a year and change later and my first time designing something of this scale. I believe we nailed it but which version do YOU prefer!? πŸ€“
