Preparing to watch the 49ers! At the mini ranch making Mini Ranch Lumpia’s, mine with beef, chicken, shrimp and veggie. I call them mini but mine bigger than what buy in stores. Elvis watching the fire place while I bet on the horses TVG and wait for the football games to come on.

St Anthony’s Church in Oakley. With Gannap creative Arts and the Alpas group performing a dance and singing group from the Philippines. Made of kids that were from a very poor environment. It was told that some of these kids have walked 10 miles just to make it to their practice sessions. It was a jaw dropping performance. They are well trained and very professionally disciplined to come to the USA to perform throughout churches. I was so impressed in these young kids and am a seeing a great potential future for them in what ever they do. I was asked to have the Privilege to open up as their headliner, had a great time in front of a sold out crowd 300+. Great beginning with me walking on stage and as I was introducing myself my foot hit my IPad stand going to the ground, the crowd 😱 gasped and about 3-4 people came to my aide. I looked at crowd and told them it’s okay it was apart my act to get your attention! Laughter broke out. Shouted to one of the helpers next time duct tape it down lol.. If this group ever comes in your area it is a must see. Thank you St Anthony’s for the moment and Thank you Alpas for performing.

Been down with a cold for the past 2 weeks. So I decided to build a hutch to store grand kids toys and my music books. I wanted a Barn style hutch. Looking on Craigslist \ Amazon they wanted $600-&1000 for a 6’ long ones. So I ended up building one 8’ cost materials $180. Took me about 5 hours labor wise. But I got what I wanted.

Happy birthday, Jesse DeTorres.
It was years ago as a young youth walking down Solano Avenue in West Pittsburg. I heard a beautiful voice and Piano playing, I was so amazed with his Voice, so I stood in front of their front entrance, a close cyclone gate grasping it, looking like a loss refugee. That was the day I first encountered Jesse. Later in life I saw him again, singing at one of my childhood best friend Patty Camacho funeral where he sang
“You’ll never walk alone”. A song I perform to this day for funerals. That was the day I said I want to be just like Jesse. I have followed him to several gigs and later in life share honorable moments of gigs and laughter. I believe God sent me down that walk down Solano Ave to be inspired by one of the best. Jesse DeTorres thank you for being a part of my life. May the good times keep following big brother. Everybody give him a shout!

Mini ranch news! These condor’s do this every time in November \December. Looks like they’re protecting my Statue of Liberty! So beautiful to watch em air out their wings.

Keeping Mom healthy at breakfast. Every time my mother Inlaw comes and stays it cooking time 🍳 this is my all in one Breakfast veggies, country sausage, cheese and egg mixed burrito, smothered with country gravy.
