CBS provides the following services…full appraisal to determine actual value, professional cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, staging, and marketing of contingent buyer’s home. At the same time we provide real time updates for our referral partner (Mortgage Co./Builder) so they are kept up to date of progress every step of the way. All of these services are provided at NO COST to the buyer or the referral source. CBS receives the normal agent fee that the buyer would pay. Through our service our referral partner will be able to capture more business, reduce fall out and improve their bottom line. The service CBS provides is a niche. We are capitalizing on a real need within the real estate industry that is not currently being met. There are some firms that provide aspects of the services we offer, but none offer what we do as a whole at NO CHARGE to the referral source or the buyer. We are truly unique separating CBS from everyone else. We project our gross earnings will be in excess of $1.2 million over the next 12 months. Our projections are based on number builders and mortgage companies we have direct access to, and the number of communities they have and number of purchase transactions they average each month.
