I’m SO excited to share about this recent sale and couldn’t be happier for these deserving buyers!!

I saw a coming soon posted on Friday with no pictures but in a neighborhood my buyers wanted. The agent agreed to show it early with 6 parties touring it that weekend and 3 wrote preemptive offers, including us.

I later found out we were the LOWEST offer of 3 but due to terms, communication, and hard work, our offer was selected with no counter!

Thank you to my lender partner for another win and super smooth escrow! Fun fact: this is the 2nd time we have had the lowest offer accepted in a multi-offer situation!

Congratulations to Kristina, Travis, and their dog Macklin who now has an incredible backyard!! I can’t wait for all the memories you will make there 🎉 🏡

Started the new year by handing over keys to these special buyers! 🥰 I was honored to work with family outside of the Bay Area to help them purchase their first home in Rancho Cordova.

This was a fun one with lots to negotiate… my favorite part of the job! In the end, we got everything we asked for:

- $123,000 under the original list price!
- Seller credits for both a 2/1 interest rate buy down and closing costs!
- A longer escrow period to help pass time on their current rental lease

This buyers market is already started to shift so now is the time to look if you’re interesting in purchasing a home this year.

Happy Halloween! 🎃 In honor of today, scroll thru these homebuyer tricks and treats to debunk some myths!

The treats/truths summed up:
⭐️ It’s important to have a buyers agent that will negotiate in your best interest (like me!)
⭐️ Start the process by speaking with a local lender (I have great referrals)
⭐️ You can buy a home with less than 20% down. Mortgage insurance isn’t as much as you may think!

When it comes to buying and selling, knowledge is power. Never blindly follow the advice you’ve heard from the internet or your friends without talking with an experienced agent.

Buyers, don’t be spooked by high-interest rates! Now is the time to take advantage of price reductions, less competition, and seller credits for rate buydowns, closing costs, and/or repairs!
