Emanuel is an East Bay native.

Born in Oakland, his family was one of the first purchasers of a lot in Sanders Ranch and moved to Moraga in 1984 where he excelled in school and sports, and graduated through the Acalanes School District. He went on to receive his Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Management with a focus in California Real Estate. His extensive knowledge of Bay Area history, real estate, local neighborhoods, schools

, recreation, various modes of transportation, cultural activities, shopping, special city ordinances, up and coming city and county regulations, and infrastructure development helps his clients tremendously when marketing their home for sale and directing them on their next purchase.
