Some transactions are more than just selling a house especially when your client is also a friend. ❤️

Selling this home was one of those transactions.

This was the home where she and her family created years of memories—holidays, celebrations, everyday moments, laughter, and so many chapters of their lives. Saying goodbye to a home filled with that much history is never easy.
