Matt Irvin received his Bachelors from Oregon State University and his Master's Degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a second generation Real Estate Broker with over 28 years of experience. He was trained by his Father George Irvin and originally licensed in 1992. Matt lettered in Football at OSU and later went on to coach college football at UNLV, Fresno State, Cal Poly, USC and San Diego State University. His Wife Beatrice received her A.A. Degree from FDIM. Before joining Irvin Real Estate, Inc., Beatrice worked as a Store Manager at Neiman Marcus, Marshall's and Nike. Most recently, Beatrice was the #1 Business Banker at Wells Fargo Bank in Concord where she enjoyed a five year career. She now has over 13 years of Property Management, Leasing and Sales experience and is running daily operations for Irvin Real Estate, Inc. DBA "The Irvin Group" Matt opened and ran his own Real Estate Sales, Leasing & Property Management Business in 2005-2008. Matt then joined forces with RE/MAX Accord and was a multi year award winner of the 100% Club at RE/MAX Accord before Joining C21MM. Matt Chose C21MM because they have 28 Offices throughout Northern California, in the same areas where Matt sells and leases properties.
