Mary’s College in Moraga. After a few business ventures I found myself knee deep in the real estate industry in 2002. I worked as a broker’s assistant and loan processor. I worked closely with my broker where he taught me the intricate details of mortgage financing and how to structure a loan package so that it would pass through the underwriting juggernaut and successfully close. In 2005 I receiv

ed my real estate sales person’s license. As time moved forward I found myself drifting from the lending side of the industry to the sales side. Now I am 100% sales, yet I still have the knowledge and experience for the mortgage industry. This is something that I can offer my clients that most other agents cannot. I have experience in flipping properties myself and for clients. I know how essential timing and completeness is in marketing properties for their maximum return. Because I have been on the construction side of these flips I know how to do these repairs correctly and to code. In 2014 I received my broker’s license from the California Bureau of Real Estate. With my education and 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, I opened Oak Hill Properties. I am here to work for you when it is time to buy or sell the largest investment you may have in your life. When Integrity, Experience and Knowledge matter, I am your guy!
