1. PRIME RAW
Pure, untouched beef. Cool to the touch with a vibrant maroon tone — the origin of all flavor.
2. BLUE RARE
A quick kiss of heat. Seared outside, but inside remains cool, soft, and intensely red.
3. RARE
Lightly seared exterior with a warm red core. Juicy, tender, and packed with natural flavor.
4. MEDIUM RARE (The Chef’s Favorite)
The golden standard. Warm pink center, slightly firm, incredibly juicy — where science meets perfection.
5. MEDIUM
