Reflecting on the heavy duality of life this week. 🕊️

It’s been a week of profound loss, saying goodbye to two colleagues who made a real impact across different chapters of my life.

Honoring the memory of Fred Payo, a dear colleague from my nonprofit public health community work and Cal State Long Beach intern days. And Dale Dreher, a leader during my roots in the Film/TV industry and location scouting.

Whether it’s advocating for health, scouting locations, or managing assets, it’s always the people and the relationships that truly build our world.

Keeping their families in my thoughts and prayers. Cherishing the memories and the legacies left behind. Rest in peace.

The term you’ll encounter most? The UCC-1 Filing.

→ What is it?

Last month, I got together with some of the most special women in my life — friendships that have lasted over 20 years, some since elementary school. 🤍

We came together to celebrate one of our dear friends and her beautiful baby’s special day, and it reminded me how meaningful it is to have people who have grown with you through every season of life.

Through all the years, the moves, the changes, and the milestones, the love, laughter, trust, loyalty, support, and connection have always remained. These friendships are such a reminder that life is truly built on relationships and the people who continue to show up for you with kindness, honesty, compassion, and good energy.
