This week alone, I helped two families successfully navigate one of the most challenging real estate situations: selling and buying at the same time. ✨🏡
Each family's plan looked a little different:
🏡 One client sold their home and purchased their next home on the very same day.
🔑 Another client sold their home but I helped negotiate a temporary lease-back agreement, making them a cash buyer with no home sale contingency for their next purchase. They close on their new home in 2 weeks!
There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Many homeowners assume they have to choose between selling first and risking not finding a home, or buying first and carrying two mortgages. In reality, there are often several strategies available depending on your goals, finances, timeline, and local market conditions.

There are a lot of moving pieces and players including lenders, attorneys, agents, inspections, appraisals, movers, and of course, the buyers and sellers themselves.
