Heavy Iron on the field at: 115 Old Homestead Highway in Swanzey, NH.

After 7 years of very difficult work, multiple lawsuits and $750k in legal fees, Plane View Senior Housing has broken ground. What should’ve been a simple special exception process, became a rallying cry for senior citizen rights. We have a housing crisis and a senior housing shortage with wait times exceeding 7 years. These 74 state of the art units will serve the community for years to come. I refuse to let the NIMBY’s win and will continue to build the “next generation” housing and fight for those in need. Humbled, honored and grateful.

Avanru Development Group, Ltd. is happy to announce the approval of “Harvey Farms Senior Housing” development in Hillsborough, NH which includes 80 units of senior housing 62+ and 10 single family home lots that were approved Wednesday March 4, 2026.

This project is adjacent to our Hillsborough Heights Apartments (84 units of workforce housing) bringing another state of the art facility to the region. We’re happy to partner with the town of Hillsborough, NH, Fieldstone Engineering and grateful for the opportunity to move this development forward

An airport hangar a local development company is building on Old Homestead Highway could be the future home of an on-demand charter flight service.

Although we have a lot left to do before we’re finished and fully operational, the ADG GLOBAL hangar is taking shape. Once we complete FAA Part 135, we’ll be able to bring on-demand light jet service to Dillant Hopkins Airport (EEN) as well. Let the journey begin!

It took 5 years to get this approved, but we’re finally moving forward. This should NEVER have taken this long but was continually stonewalled by the Newport Planning and Zoning Administrator & Airport Director who opposed this much needed senior housing development. Their bad faith efforts, poor decision making and others who act like them is a major reason and contributing factor why we have a housing crisis in NH. We’ll keep fighting for those that don’t have a voice in the battle for safe, affordable housing.

Wrapped up a 4 day World of Modular Conference event in Las Vegas. Very informative and insightful. Understanding new technologies and finding solutions to solve the housing crisis. Good food and a well needed break.

A busy week of travel with Avery to Washington DC to meet with US Senators and Representatives to discuss a plethora of items ranging from a potential Senate bid to housing and ways I can save HUD, FEMA and other governmental agencies billions annually. We followed up with meetings in Egg Harbor City NJ to look at a significant development we expect to pursue.
