It’s been a while since I’ve given an update, so I figured I should reintroduce myself for all the new friends here!👋🏼

I took some time off after I had my daughter this past September (although I was still somewhat working) and am ready to come into 2026 full steam ahead. I’ve been prepping myself to dive right in and am up to date on the current market, rates, trends, and all of the important things your agent needs to be educated on. Taking some time off does not mean slacking - it means more time to educate yourself and that’s exactly what I’ve done. 📕
This year is going to be crucial for all of us. After the rough past few years we’ve had, we’re now seeing rates officially under 6% 📉 and are expecting to have a crazy spring market compared to last year. If you’re even thinking about starting the process, we need to talk and get a plan made because I have a feeling that when it’s time to jump, it’ll really be time to jump.
If we’re being completely honest, now is the best time to buy, not in a few months from now. Rates are the lowest they’ve been in nearly 2 years and it being right before the boom of the spring market, there are not as many people looking to buy quite yet which means much less competition for you buyers out there. And sellers, now is the time to plan out the best way to prep your home to sell this spring. Making sure you’re targeting buyers and following all of the steps to success is huge and can sometimes be time consuming but oh so worth it (you want to make the most 💰 you can, right?)
