Installation of windows & roofing is complete for Phase 2 or Woodland Cove in Wareham, MA! Located on a busy commercial strip near the Bourne Bridge, the community is comprised of five buildings built over three phases. Woodland Cove’s 150 total units is made up of 27 one-bedrooms, 106 two-bedrooms and 17 three-bedrooms. The community building features a fitness center, community room, patio, lobby, package room, storage room, four offices, two restrooms, and a maintenance room.

Phase 1 of The Rail Yard Apartments in Concord, NH is starting to look like home! The 34-acre site was previously the site of the Boston & Main Railroad, dating back to 1842. More recently, the blighted site had fallen into disrepair. This new affordable housing community will provide safe, vibrant, and affordable housing to the community while also revitalizing the area.

Construction has mobilized at Oxoboxo Lofts in Montville, CT! Partnering with the Town, Maggiore Construction, Inc., Vesta Corporation, Bank of America, BlueHub Capital, Madison Park Development Corporation, Eversource Energy & Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, this adaptive reuse project will transform an historic turn of the century mill and approximately 100,000 square feet of industrial space into 72 – studio, one- and two- bedroom apartment homes.
