After 15 years of working in the corporate world of commercial real estate and education, I decided to start my own real estate firm. While in the commercial real estate arena, I worked with Fortune 500 clients Honeywell and United States Gypsum on multi-million dollar real estate transactions, which provided me the experience and insight to serve my clients with the same level of professionalism.

I realized that the real estate industry was lacking a comprehensive package of real estate services that buyers and sellers need in today’s tumultuous marketplace. Novel Realty was founded on the ideals that buyers, sellers, and tenants need more than access to MLS, Zillow, Trulia, CoStar, and the many other passive approaches.
