Seeking an Experienced carpenter with attention to detail to help wrap up a new house build in Needham MA and future employment for the right candidate.
We are in the final phase of this project and need some help with punch items / cleaning / moving tools to storage and other work associated with project closeout. Looking for forward thinking, independent workers.
40 hrs a week, 7am-330pm, 1/2hr lunch break. Transportation a must. No need for your own tools; we will provide. You are working as a subcontractor. $1,000.00 bonus after working 4 full weeks (m-f) must be on time and work. Clear bonus terms discussed with the right candidate.
