Another successful sale in the books for our team! This home fell into disrepair as the owner aged in place and he was unable to tackle all the repairs required by a 100 year old home. Room by room Nicole and I helped the owner sort through generations of family memories and keepsakes, securing a local storage unit to set up his desk and chair just like home so he could sort through all his “things” at his pace.
