More than 400 attendees helped us kick off ’s 5th Annual Summer Concert Series at our Waltham campus!

This year marked the third year we've had the pleasure of hosting our much-anticipated holiday markets on our campuses. It's such a wonderful event that we organize for our tenants, allowing them to kick-start their holiday shopping in a festive and convenient way.

Every vendor featured at the event is a local business, bringing unique and handcrafted products right to our doorstep. HBRE has executed a 320,694 SF lease renewal with long-time tenant partner Dassault Systèmes across 175 and 185 Wyman Street in Waltham - marking the largest suburban Boston office lease since 2020.

We’re grateful for our partnership with Dassault Systèmes, which began in 2011, and proud to see them extend their commitment to our Waltham campus.

Members of partnered with NEXDINE Hospitality for the Boys & Girls Club of Metro North’s Clubsgiving. Our team helped prepare and serve over 700 Thanksgiving meals for families to enjoy onsite at the Boys & Girls Club! HBRE has been a long-standing partner of the Boys and Girls Club and is proud to continue to support them and all of the amazing things they do for the community!

Last night, our Waltham Campus’ Property Management Administrator, James Anderson, received BOMA‘s Larry Lenrow Scholarship, established to support the professional development of future CRE industry leaders, from the Building Owners and Managers Association’s Boston chapter.
