Hobbs Brook Real Estate was proud to join Studio Maestrale, Félix Giorgetti, and FM to celebrate the topping-off ceremony for the FM Science and Technology Centre in Luxembourg.

As lead developer, we're excited to see this 260,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility continue to take shape and are grateful for the strong collaboration that has brought us to this point.

Our 2026 Farmers’ Market season is off to an incredible start!

This week at our first event of the summer, our tenant community helped raise more than $800, putting us nearly one-third of the way toward our goal of raising $2,500 this season for our partner, Healthy Waltham.
Throughout the summer, we host donation-based farmers’ markets featuring fresh produce from Stillman's Farm. Rather than purchasing items, participants are invited to take what they need and contribute what they can in support of Healthy Waltham and its mission to provide food assistance to our community.

We're grateful for the enthusiasm and generosity of our tenant partners and look forward to continuing this tradition of giving back all summer long.

The patios at 404 Wyman are now officially open!

These new outdoor spaces mark the completion of the extensive amenity upgrades at 404 Wyman, and we are excited to offer such an impressive suite of on-site amenities to our 404 community. It has been great to see everyone enjoying the café, working out in the fitness center, collaborating in our conference rooms, and now gathering outside for lunch or simply a breath of fresh air.

We are thrilled to have this work completed and to offer a workplace experience that everyone can enjoy.

More than 400 attendees helped us kick off ’s 5th Annual Summer Concert Series at our Waltham campus!

From live music by the John Dorney Trio, a host of food options including artisanal pizza, to a curated mini market featuring local vendors, the event brought together our tenant partners for an afternoon of connection and celebration.

Creating a vibrant sense of community across our 2 million-square-foot campus remains at the heart of everything we do, and we're just getting started.
