We are finally getting to the little touches on the exterior of this building! We are grateful for a good group of tenants on the team for also taking pride in where they live. Not done, not perfect but getting better and better.

Photos from where we started in 2012 to where we are today (2026). We are not done but today we celebrate how far we have come in taking these 2 old buildings and rehabbing them into 10 homes for 10 families, homes they can be proud of. I was told these 2 buildings are the original railroad station and bunkhouse moved from east of Walthill to present day location by Louis Dunn in the 80s.
