Haven't posted in a bit but we have been busy. Wrapping up a custom build in Independence and a foundation repair on one of our rehabs in Taylor Mill. Taylor Mill project we lifted the house, excavated the foundation, repaired the block wall then reinforced it with rebar and concrete fill. Be on the market soon!
