Funding delays can turn “clear to close” into “not quite yet.” 😅 A little prep goes a long way: Sellers, complete your CertifID wire instructions early. Buyers and lenders, verify wire instructions directly with our office and give funds plenty of time to arrive. 🌾 Because nobody wants to spend closing day waiting on a wire 😉
