We all knew this was on the horizon we need a yes vote.

The Florida Legislature passed a joint bill today to put on the ballot the proposed constitutional amendment proposed by Gov. Ron DeSantis which would raise the homestead property tax exemption up to $150,000 of a home's value next year, and up to $250,000 of a property's value in the 2028-29 budget. The current tax exemption is for up to $50,000 of a homestead property's value. The referendum will require an approval of 60% of voters in November.

Even us realtors have to eat sometimes. So make it a healthy choice. I meal prep because you get busy during the week. So fish rice and veggies for one meal and white chili for another, with chicken pinto beans light red chili beans and veggies
