Helping people find their new home is extremely rewarding, but helping a friend find a home is even better. Over the last few months I was lucky enough to work with an old friend to do just that. The market is tough right now for buyers, and as a licensed real estate sales person it is hard work at the moment to say the least. After looking at many properties I was able to find them one that was just right. From advising my client through negotiations to overcome the competition, and making sure they were being taken care of by the best professionals in the business, we got the job done.
