We are thrilled to announce the closing of 7 mobile home parks around Columbus, GA, totaling 109 units! We were able to acquire each of these parks well below the appraised value, providing a significant amount of day one equity!

I am purchasing about 110 mobile homes and will be remodeling 30-50 once I close next month.

Looking for a contractor to complete the renovations of the rehab units. Replace flooring, misc. countertops and cabinets, misc. bathroom rehab, etc.

I am going to be onsite on Wednesday and am looking for a contractor that is willing to meet me out there to walk the property.

Our partners have a 100% close rate, and this project is fully funded with very little chance of it not closing.

Buena Vista, GA
Cuesseta, GA
Ellaville GA

What a great day touring a new market & new investment opportunity. We spent hours today touring & discussing partnership opportunities with VECTR (Veterans Education Career Transition Resource) Center.
