Q. What should I do if I want to sell my house?

A. Consider decluttering & making any visible repairs (inside, outside & lawn). Hire a Realtor. A Realtor will establish a marketable price for your home. She may request that you make more repairs - if necessary. Have your payoff (if applicable) readily available for your Realtor. Be prepared to leave your home for buyers to view your property. Go under contract with a great buyer and look forward to closing on the deal!!
