When my friend Zan called me and asked me to list their home, I was so happy and excited to have the opportunity to reconnect and work with an ex-coworker and friend. Little did I know all the things that we would endure before we finally sat at the closing table. To make a long story short, things did not happen how we expected and there were moments it would have been easy to become discouraged. But through it all, God was working.

Yesterday, their old home closed as they were traveling to their new home, their new life in Panama City, Panama. Sometimes we don't understand the delays, but later we realize God was putting every piece together at just the right time.

Congratulations to the Fraziers as they start their next chapter. Their patience and perseverance have been inspiring, and I couldn't be happier for them. I am grateful they allowed me to be part of their story. Mr. Frazier said something that summed up this entire experience: "Everything worked out how it was supposed to." To God be the glory.

What a blessing it has been to help this wonderful couple sell one home and purchase another!

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as they move into their beautiful new construction home. Watching their dream become a reality has been a privilege, and I am so grateful they trusted me to guide them through both transactions.

Their faith, patience, and positive spirit made this journey truly special. Throughout the entire process we believed God that all would work out for the best and it did!

A special thank you to Todd Beamon for his outstanding work on the lending side. Having a great team makes all the difference!

Congratulations to my clients! May their new home be filled with God's blessings, love, laughter, and wonderful memories for years to come.
