I have taken and passed the classes and the state test to become a Real Estate licensee in Georgia. After 28 years of appraising real estate, I have decided to diversify into sales. I still plan on being an appraiser, I just feel the need to expand my horizons. Wish me luck.

Wow, we are already through the first half of 2021, and about to celebrate our nation's birthday this weekend. We have been blessed (and a little stressed) to have more work than we can get to. Each day I have to remind myself to thank God for all the work. I also thank God for allowing me to "work" at something I love doing. Truly Blessed.

As 2020 is coming to a close, I want to express my appreciation to all my clients for allowing me to do what I love to do. GREAT DANES!!!! Lots of them. Not too long ago we showed up at a house to do an appraisal inspection and were greeted by 12 Great Danes. Four adults and eight puppies. It was awesome. The adults were nearly as tall as I am, and if they stood on their hind legs they would be over 7 feet tall. We truly felt blessed to meet such gentle giants.
