Oka, so how are people even affording houses right now?
Short answer: they’re not pulling scratch-offs at Circle K. Well… most of them 😂

The truth is, buyers are getting a little creative — and a lot more strategic.
✨ Using down payment assistance or gift funds
✨ Exploring FHA, VA, USDA and other loan options
✨ Negotiating seller credits to help with closing costs or rate buydowns
✨ Looking past the perfectly updated house and seeing the potential in one that might need a little love

Because buying a home right now isn’t about having a magic money tree in the backyard 🌳 It’s about knowing what options are out there, what you can negotiate, and what actually makes sense for YOU.

It’s about giving yourself time to figure out the budget, talk with a lender, narrow down where you want to be and really think about what you want home to feel like. Finding the house is only part of it. There are inspections, appraisal, financing, closing…and then finally, moving day 🏡

One year ago at RISE ✨

Looking back at this photo, I don’t think I realized just how much growth the next year would hold. More confidence. More clarity. More lessons learned. More incredible clients who trusted me with some really big life moves, and most importantly, a business that feels more and more like me. Making the move to REAL gave me the space to build my business my way—to grow, try new things, find my voice and figure out what success looks like for me.

Am I still learning? Always.
Still growing? Absolutely.
Still answering real estate texts when I said I was done working for the day? Obviously 😂

One year later, I’m really grateful for where this move has taken me.
Still growing. Still evolving.
