A little bit about me…

I’m Colton. A proud Georgia realtor, husband to my wife Kelli, and soon to be girl dad.

When I’m not helping clients with real estate, you’ll usually find me outdoors. Whether it’s turkey season, riding four-wheelers, or spending time with family and friends, I enjoy making the most of everything Georgia has to offer. I’m also a big Steelers fan, so football season is a pretty big deal around our house.

This year is an especially exciting one as Kelli and I get ready to welcome our first baby girl into the world. It’s a reminder that home isn’t just a place, it’s where life’s biggest moments happen.

A lot of people think the market has completely crashed or that they should wait for prices or interest rates to fall significantly before buying a home.

But the reality is, in a lot of areas across Georgia, homes are still holding their value because inventory remains limited. And honestly, it could take years for interest rates to even drop 1%, so trying to perfectly time the market can sometimes end up costing buyers more in the long run.
