I think one thing that helps me a lot in real estate is that I’m a pretty laid back person. Buying or selling a home can get stressful fast, and I try to be someone my clients feel comfortable around and can trust through the process.

I’m not the type to pressure people into decisions or make things feel complicated. I’d rather make sure my clients feel informed, understood, and confident every step of the way… while also keeping things real and maybe making you laugh a little along the way!

At the end of the day, I want people to feel like they had somebody in their corner, not just somebody trying to make a sale.

One thing I wish more sellers understood… presentation matters WAY more than you think.

I’ve shown homes where my clients walked in, looked around, and said, “I’ve seen enough, we can go” within minutes, just because the house was messy or needed simple repairs.

Holes in the wall, missing paint, stained floors… little things like that can make a huge difference in how fast your home sells and what buyers are willing to pay.

One thing I always tell people is, don’t focus only on the price of the house.

Price matters, but so does location. You can renovate a house… but you can’t move where it sits. Pay attention to the condition of the home too. Roofs, HVAC systems, and water heaters can turn into expensive repairs fast. And if you’ve got kids, school zones matter more than people realize.

A smart home purchase is about the full picture, not just the number on the listing.

Everyone will question the extra hours… until they finally understand the reason behind them.

Every deal I’ve done has taught me something, but one of the biggest lessons came early on when I represented both sides of the same transaction.

What I learned real quick? Clear communication closes deals.
