People are always surprised when I say hunting and real estate have a lot in common.

Here’s why:

Not every little thing is a deal-breaker… but buyers sure do notice the little things.

Most homes don’t go from “perfect” to “needs work” overnight. It’s usually the small stuff that gets put off over time.

Before you list your home, take a few minutes to look for things like:
