New floors and a new tenant! We are officially off the market.

Being a landlord wasn’t something we set out to do just to make money. We have one rental home, and we treat it with care because we know someone else is going to live in it. Celebrate birthdays there. Tuck kids in there. Make it their own, even if just for a little while.

We price it fairly. We don’t penalize people for having a low credit score. We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for someone who needs a home and will respect it like we do.

The rent doesn’t go into a vacation fund. It goes into maintaining the house, paying for cleanings between tenants, updates and repairs, and making sure if a major fix ever comes up, we’re ready.

I know landlords can get a bad rep, and honestly, some have earned it. But not all of us are out to squeeze people. Some of us are just trying to do this the right way.

So if you’re someone who needs a fresh start and just wants a nice, clean, quiet place to land… our door’s open.
