Neighborly reminder to SLOW down when driving in the neighborhood. Kids are out of school and possibly playing. They should be outside but with the speeds some people go it’s dangerous. Sad really. Please go a safe speed incase someone is having a walk or kids are playing. Keep our neighborhood safe. Happy Holidays!! 🎄🎄🎄🎄

To inform everyone, as I was previously unaware, the new trash company will no longer collect tree and shrub trimmings. I had to contact them to add this service to my water bill for an additional $8 per month. Furthermore, cardboard pickup is no longer included unless specifically scheduled. I also had to acquire an additional can, anticipating accumulation. This experience has been frustrating. While I understand that changes and price increases are inevitable, I wish the service could remain as it was previously.
