Closing day!! This will be the THIRD buyer that I have closed, this year, who walks away from the closing table WITH a check in their hand! YES, 0 closing costs, $0 down payment, AND goes home with money. This isn't an advertisement. I'm not beating around the bush. Straight-forward, these people are going through a normal real estate transaction, with me as their agent, buying a home on the market, from a seller that has an agent on their side... normal transaction... walking away with money.
HOW?? (I'm not the only one doing this, by the way)
With local lenders, who work their ASS off. Not just sit behind a desk and type but take each individual situation and meticulously research the best avenue for that client!
Local Title agents that are working in the client's best interest, rather than their own, not letting a paycheck blur their vision of the client's best interest and working side by side (respectfully) with that amazing local lender, almost as if they were best friends! (because real estate is a family)
Mix that with a Realtor who actually cares and tediously makes sure the vendors are constantly up to date and have what they need, puts in time to understand each individual situation's needs and goals, fights for the client every step of the way, negotiates like a boss, educates the client throughout the process, and is super passionate for YOUR end goal..
And you have a team that JUST. CAN'T. FAIL.
I'm so proud of these local vendors, man...

NO, I cannot get every client a check back at closing. A lot of factors go into that. But with the right team, it IS a possibility!
