For those of you that don't know, I started my career in real estate in May of 2018. They say the first few years are the toughest with a new agent on nationwide average selling 2-3 properties. In 2018, I was able to close 7 sales. In 2019 I closed 9 sales, as well as joining our property management division and 'opening' here in the Mahoning Valley from scratch.
Looking over the first quarter of this year, I decided I wanted to look back since the 2020 turn: being the true first year both both sales and my property management portfolios were established.
Here are some statistics so far. $2,873,750.00 in property sales,
$563,880 in estimated annual rental income value and after just 1 full year, properties that we manage here in the Mahoning Valley have increased in monthly rental value by nearly 20% and currently hold an occupancy rate over 95%. My proudest number is that we have been able to help find and provide, good, high quality, fair market housing to over 220 people and families here locally.
Over 85% of the tenants that are approved for our application process have renewed for multiple years and maintain a less than 5% monthly average on late or non-payments.
