Public service announcement to all Realtors.I am wrapping up a rental and represent the tenant. Unfortunately I am away on vacation when she is to take occupancy so received permission to take the key from the listing agents Supra box and put it in a combo for my client. I specifically asked the listing agent if I needed permission from the management company to hang a lock box on the railing and he said no…. I dare say he was mistaken. It was a lockbox MASSACRE. You know what they say… HOA don’t play. lol
