Closings are about more than just getting the keys… they’re about the people. ❤️

Today, I had the privilege of helping another incredible buyer officially become a homeowner, and my heart is so full!

This transaction definitely had its challenges, but somehow they all felt a little less heavy when we were finally able to celebrate together at the house!

Watching your journey over the years has been so special. We started as coworkers working the floor together, and now here you are—a Registered Nurse, working your dream job, and officially a homeowner! I honestly couldn’t be more proud of everything you’ve accomplished!

Her sister was also a past client of mine, so getting to watch the two of you celebrate this milestone together was something special.

⚠️ Real Estate Scam Alert: Please Read & Share ⚠️

Scams seem to be everywhere lately, and unfortunately real estate is no exception.

Please be cautious when searching for properties online. Some scammers will copy legitimate listings and advertise them as rentals, asking for deposits or application fees for properties they don’t own. Once money is sent, the listing turns out to be fake.

I’ve also recently seen scam emails that appear to come from local Realtors, when in reality they are fraudulent attempts to gather information or money.

The best thing we can do is stay informed and help spread awareness. If you ever see one of my listings being advertised suspiciously, receive a questionable email claiming to be from me, or notice anything that doesn’t seem right, please let me know and report it.

This situation is frustrating for both real estate professionals and our clients, but by working together we can help protect our community.
