There are some closings that are extra special, and this is definitely one of them.

I’ve known this wonderful family for many years. She went to school with my kids, Marcus and Caitlin, and their family lived just down the road from my in-laws. It’s been such a joy watching them grow up, build an amazing life together, and now reach this exciting milestone.

They have worked hard for everything they’ve accomplished, and this beautiful home is so well deserved. I have no doubt it will be filled with laughter, love, and countless memories for years to come.
