Wow! Imagine if you are the seller or buyer making your largest lifetime purchase and you end up working with an agent that had 0 or only a few closings in a 12 month period. Do they really know what they are doing?
Proud to say as an individual agent I finished in the 10-19 row which puts me in the top 7% nationally for number of closings!
I say individual because this list also includes teams that put all their closings under one agents name which is how you end up with rows 30 or higher.

Update: Day 2-another 12 appointments today with 13 scheduled between tomorrow and Saturday with more requests coming in. Thats 36 appointments scheduled so far!

Day 1-I always laugh to myself when people say “It’s slow around the holiday times”. I listed this property last night and within 1 hour my phone was blowing up! People texting in the middle of the night requesting to see it. Had 11 showings today with a lot more scheduled in the next couple days. Multiple offers one day on the market!
