We’re honored to share that PS&S has been selected to receive the Architecture, Engineering & Planning Award at the Southern New Jersey Development Council’s Annual Distinguished Achievement Awards Luncheon!

PS&S was nominated by Bruce Buckley, President & CEO of Soldier On, for our multidisciplinary approach and work supporting impactful projects throughout the region. One project highlighted in this recognition is the Gordon H. Mansfield Apartment Community in West Deptford, where PS&S partnered with Soldier On to help bring its vision for a thoughtfully designed senior community serving veterans to life. The development incorporates spaces for residents, gatherings and support services, along with specialized design considerations and planned amenities intended to create a supportive and lasting home for veterans in South Jersey.

We’re proud to receive this recognition and even prouder of the collaboration, expertise, and dedication of our teams whose work continues to make an impact throughout Southern New Jersey.

We look forward to celebrating alongside fellow honorees at the Annual Distinguished Achievement Awards Luncheon on September 18 at Tavistock Country Club.

On September 11, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever impacted, and the first responders and everyday heroes who demonstrated extraordinary courage and selflessness in the face of tragedy.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their memory and reflect on the strength, unity, and resilience shown in the days that followed.

We will never forget.

Rain or shine, our team knows how to make the most of a night out! ☔

Our Wall office recently gathered at ShoreTown Ballpark for a Jersey Shore BlueClaws outing. While Mother Nature had other plans and field conditions ultimately postponed the game, our team still enjoyed an evening of food, conversation, and time together away from the office.

This outing also marks the final stop in our summer series of regional events! Throughout the season, teams across PS&S stepped outside the office to enjoy baseball games and other local experiences together, creating opportunities to connect, unwind, and make memories with coworkers.

The baseball season may be wrapping up for Team PS&S, but there’s plenty more to look forward to this year!

Nothing like a little Patriot pride and team spirit!

Our Warren and Doylestown teams recently headed to the ballpark for an evening of Somerset Patriots baseball, enjoying the game from the SK Club along with food, drinks, and plenty of time to connect with coworkers outside of the office.

Regional outings like this are all about showing our appreciation for the people behind PS&S and creating opportunities for our teams to relax, connect, and enjoy new experiences together. From great company to a great night of baseball, we’re glad to continue creating moments that bring our teams together! ⚾

From concept to community, our 2026 summer interns put their skills to the test! 🏗️💡

As part of this year’s PS&S Summer Internship Project, our interns were divided into multidisciplinary teams and challenged to develop proposals for three unique projects:

Team 1: Riverview Data Center Campus
Team 2: Riverview Riverfront Commons Mixed-Use Development
Team 3: Riverview Historic Firehouse Renovation

Each team was given its own set of project goals, challenges, budget considerations, and township and community priorities. The competition gave our interns an opportunity to experience how different disciplines come together to solve real-world design and engineering challenges while balancing technical requirements, budgets, client needs, and community priorities.

Congratulations to Team 3 for winning this year's competition and congratulations to all of our interns for the creativity, collaboration, and hard work they brought to this year’s challenge. We’re proud of what you accomplished this summer!

A special thank you to our PS&S project sponsors who shared their time, expertise, and guidance with our interns throughout the challenge. Dan Caldwell, Vice President, and Kris McCool, Senior Project Executive, supported Team 1; Helena Dimitrov, Project Controls Manager, and Jesper Ryberg, Vice President of Architecture, supported Team 2; and Marge Della Vecchia, Senior Project Executive, and Michael Cohen, Senior Vice President of Structural, supported Team 3. Their mentorship helped our interns navigate their projects, think through real-world challenges, and gain valuable insight from experienced professionals across PS&S.

As our summer internship program comes to a close and many of our interns head back to school, we want to thank them for everything they contributed to PS&S this summer. We wish you all the best in the upcoming school year and can’t wait to see where your education and future careers take you!
