What is your go-to on the road coffee place? I was super excited to try this one out today, but it just wasn’t quite what I was expecting. Starbucks is a staple for me, but I want something more! Bonus points if it doesn’t rely on Arabica beans and all of their bitter glory ☕️

By far the craziest…longest…sale of my career…but I got to help my cousin and her family make their dreams come true. Thank you to William for being the absolute best buyer I’ve ever had when it came to getting things done in a timely manner…and always with a smile and great attitude. The biggest thank you ever goes out to Nick Zajaczkowski at Novus Mortgage for helping us along the way. We gave him a stomach ache a few times, but he got us to the finish line. If you are looking to buy, CALL HIM!! He is the best!

Be still my old house-loving heart ❤️❤️. I spent 2 hours showing this massive beauty in Youngstown today. It always amazes me how so many of these gorgeous houses have passed through so many hands and remain untouched. The call box in the Master bedroom still has the names of who each button would call, including “maid”. The kitchen still had its original food warming cabinet…and the basement still had coal in its old coal room. They truly don’t make homes like this anymore, and I’m grateful for the people who love and appreciate them as much as I do. A special shout-out to my amazing Broker for getting the call for this one and sending it right over to me…he knows where my real estate heart lies :)
