Questions about rates? Don't be afraid to reach out and ask! Ultimately, though, with rates increasing this year, we are still at historic lows...when I became a Loan Officer in 2005, rates were between 7% and 8%. Also, rents have been increasing, and are not trending to stop any time soon.

Bottom line: It's still going to be better to Own, than Rent. Come check us out...we keep the process Informative, Efficient, and Stress-Free. Looking forward to hearing from you, or anyone you know that is in need of assistance.

Communication was great and constant. Willie went the extra mile to make sure our questions were answered before we even knew we would have them. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful situation and Willie made sure to relieve that stress wherever he could. I will absolutely recommend him and use him in the future.
